Both my parents and I have had the most positive experiences here! Staff are kind and friendly, and Dr. Will Smith has been patient and competent in working with our hearing aids. When the three of us visited together for hearing aid adjustments, Dr. Smith asked lots of questions about our experience and what we were having trouble with, then carefully explained what he was doing to try to fine-tune our aids. My father has made repeat visits to “tweak” some issues, which I see as a positive – getting aids adjusted correctly is an art as much as a science, and Dr. Smith seems very patient about working to get things right. The price for a visit is extremely reasonable, too. I’m so pleased to be getting care from this practice.

I wish I could give them TEN STARS! After moving to Knoxville, I went to them for new hearing aids. This is my third set so I knew the drill. But what I did not know was how wonderful and caring a hearing aid provider could be. Mark was so patient and persistent with an issue that was totally the fault of my phone but he refused to give up. It was resolved and I hear better than ever. I wish I could give 100 stars! After telling my husband to get his hearing checked months ago I finally made an appointment at another specialist. They tried to sell us the most expensive aids and were highly against the ones insurance covered. I did research and looked for the best audiologist I could find in a 50 mile radius. I discovered Tenn Hearing and made an appointment. During the first appointment I knew we were in the right place. No pressure, no sales tactics, just pure honesty. The doctor was amazing as was everyone we encountered. Hearing aids were ordered and my husband was fitted today. They thoroughly went over every detail with my husband. From cleaning to recharging to how to put them in and take them out. I am beyond impressed. My husband and I went to the mall to test them out. He said he hasn’t heard this well in 40+years. Everything is so clear. It’s a bit of a shock but said he’ll adjust. We both highly recommend Tennessee Hearing Instruments.

I purchased my first hearing aids about a year and a half ago. I adjusted well and the experience was mostly.. “ok.” I had a service problem a couple of months back and decided to change my audiologist. That’s when I found William Smith at Tennessee Hearing. In just a couple of visits he was able to solve my problems. Plus.. he did a new hearing test and readjusted the settings on my aids. I’m hearing BETTER THAN EVER!
